This course provides participants with the information necessary to perform daily operational task. Participants will learn how to use the BancPac Non-Post Account Reconciliation system to reconcile all non-post transactions as well as the NSF Pay/Return application to monitor and maintain insufficient funds. Along with learning how to successfully use these two applications, participants also learn how to review and update rates, perform chargebacks, and post manual transaction entries.
BancPac’s Account Analysis system allows customers to establish special pricing for high-traffic accounts, primarily business accounts. Banks can use fee tables that are used to calculate monthly fees based on activity posted to the account. At the end of this course, participants will understand how to set up services in account analysis, use incremental pricing and set up custom service charge options.
The Account Reconciliation feature reduces operational overhead by automating the reconcilement of internal accounts using issued items, paid items and posted items tracking. With account reconciliation, system reports, research capabilities and item history create an easy way to balance and review of out-of-balance scenarios. At the end of this course, participants will be able to set up internal accounts and complete all balancing activities.

The GROW Program is a blended learning workshop designed to help bankers develop their communication skills and build deeper relationships with their customers. Over the course of a month, participants will take self-paced sessions, attend a live workshop and complete detailed action plans to be reviewed during a virtual round table.
