After completing this course, participants will be able to set up job definitions within Security Center, add new transaction authority levels, add new data authority levels, model and add/delete users, model from an existing user, assign passwords, reset users, perform mass changes to assignment of business task to job definitions, assign and understand the setup of entitlements for the Service Desk functionality.

Within this session, you will find overviews of the enhancements. Included is general information about the enhancement and the benefits of implementing. You will also have easy access to the Release Notes and related screens for the enhancements, as well as the Release Scorecard.
This training will provide an overview of tax changes for this year along with a detailed checklist and guide of steps to complete.
