Participants will explore how to reset or unlock an FI user password using the Digital Administration Tool. Participants will also understand how to reset or unlock a BeB user password using the Business Service Tool Application. Information about how a BeB user can reset their own password using the Forgot Password Link will also be included.
In this self-paced course participants will be introduced to the process for setting the Wire Service for a company in the Business Service Tool (BST). Participants will explore how to set wire approvals, set wire limits and entering repetitive wire templates. Participants will also understand the wire security code setup. Participants will also recognize the process for extracting the Wire Transfer Report. Finally, participants will recall the process for updating wire requests.
