In this self-paced training, you’ll learn how IBS applications work together to make your job easier no matter what position you hold in your organization. You’ll explore IBS applications like Deposit Origination, Insight, Service Request Management and others to give you an understanding of their functions and show how effectively they are integrated. The Work Queue is introduced showing you the ability to view, track, and/or assign work. Accessing IBS via single sign-on is introduced along with the concept of entitlements that further control the features available to you. You’ll search for a customer or account to obtain critical information or to initiate/perform maintenance tasks. Finally, typical tasks performed in either the branch or operations areas are demonstrated, along with hands-on exercises to master the skills presented.
In this self-paced course we acquaint your ATM service teams with the AMS Voice Response Unit. AMS is the FIS automated ATM fault tracking, dispatching, and reporting product. You’ll learn how ATM faults are generated and tracked, and how AMS notifies you when there is an issue. You’ll also learn how to access AMS, and practice using the Voice Response Unit to get information about your ATMs. The course covers reports and forms related to ATM management.

The course provides an overview of the Enhanced Reporting feature, which provides greater flexibility and control over the reports your organization receives. In this course, you’ll learn about Web Enabled Card Management, which is a browser based product designed to work in conjunction with FIS’s Electronic Funds Delivery (EFD) product offerings. We’ll show you how this application can be used for accessing EFD options anytime, anywhere in a format that is intuitive and flexible for performing daily work. In this interactive, one day course, you’ll learn how to inquire and perform updates to your cardholder accounts. Sample reports are used to simulate your work environment and procedures. An overview of the Card Management Security System is provided to guide you in setting up new users with the correct access to perform their daily tasks. Individuals who work with cardholder accounts are encouraged to attend.
