This Instructor led session explores enrollment, end user features and how to easily support those users within Web Administration. Participants will also examine reports, and the Customer Care Console; FIS’ Online Banking secure messaging portal.
This instructor led training gives participants the opportunity to explore the Control Panel settings that allow customization of Online Banking to suit the needs of the financial institution. Additionally, the instructor will discuss Web Admin Security Groups. Web Admin Security Groups allow the financial institution the ability to grant employees the authority needed to manage Online Banking and its users.
This instructor led class explores a specific process to enroll a company in Online Banking, create Company Admin permissions, manage global settings at the company level and grant user access. Additionally, participants will explore the ACH and Wire functionality within Online Banking and Web Administration.
This workshop provides the opportunity to receive guidance from a FIS Online Banking trainer while working through a checklist of Configuration items in preparation for Go-Live.
